"Let's Take, A Long Walk..."

Jill Scott gave us the best advice in her song “A Long Walk.” Walking is one of the best forms of exercises we can do.  A simple walk can help to create stronger bones and build your balance.  Even more important, it reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke.  A simple walk is easy on the body and can be very refreshing as you take in the outdoor scenery.  So, go and get a good song in your earpods and take a stroll around the park.  You will not only get fresh air but you’ll also accomplish a stress free cardio workout!
