Many of us get hung up on what the numbers of a scale say. 

 

Don’t fear! These numbers aren’t always your make or break.  Muscle is a lot denser than body fat, so it is very possible that your body weight might not be going down, but you are still getting thinner. 

 

Focus on how your clothes fit and feel; rather than the digits the scale is showing!
